Warranty Policy
The warranty period begins on the date the original consumer purchaser received the products.We have a record of your order time in our system.As long as it is within the warranty period, you may contact us for warranty service directly through Walmart messages. No additional registration is required.
Warranty periods vary depending on the battery type:
Except for car batteries (36 months) and marine batteries (24 months), all other batteries have a 15-month warranty.
This warranty does not apply to:
Issues not related to product quality;
Items purchased from unauthorized resellers;
Purchases without valid proof of purchase;
Items that have been refunded;
Items whose warranty period has expired;
Any defects or damages caused by misuse of products, unauthorized modification, disassembly, or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals;
Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, liquids, or other external causes;
Any defects or damages caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts;
Lost or stolen products;
Free products.
OUR MISSION
Option 1: Self-Arranged Return
You may ship the item back to us at your own expense + transaction fees.
Option 2: SGFYO-Arranged Return
Please contact huang.shiyi@leoch.com for assistance. We will help you create a return label and process your refund after receiving your returned items.
For quality issues, you will be responsible for 50% of the return shipping cost + transaction fees.
For non-quality issues, you will be responsible for 100% of the return shipping cost + transaction fees.
If the purchase is more than 30/90 days, will not support the return of refunds, support after-sales service.
Once the returned item arrives at the SGFYO warehouse, we will process your refund within 14 business days and send a confirmation to your registered email address. All refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please note that for items delivered by WFS, you can return them at any nearby Walmart store.
Important Notes:
Battery Size Verification: Before shipment, please double-check your battery dimensions. If a return is requested due to incorrect sizing, you will still be responsible for 50% of the logistics fee + transaction fees.
Cancel and Return Policy:
Customers can request a return within 30 days of receipt of the product(s). This applies to automotive batteries, marine batteries, and 12V 100Ah deep-cycle batteries.
Customers can request a return within 90 days of receipt of the product(s). Except for the battery mentioned in point 1, everything else is included.
Cancellation Before Shipment
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it free of charge.
Cancellation During Transit (After Shipment, Before Delivery)
However, if the product has already been shipped, a $15 intercept fee will be charged.
