Return & Refund Policy

UPLUS is obligated to provide the return service to all customers. The return service is currently available to the country of purchase.

Cancel and Return Policy

Customers can request a return within 30 days of receipt of the product(s). 

If you need to return an item, please first contact us email at support@uplusbattery.com to initiate the process.

1. Cancellation Before Shipment

  • If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it free of charge.

2. Cancellation During Transit (After Shipment, Before Delivery)

  • However, if the product has already been shipped, a $15 intercept fee will be charged.

3. Refund Policy After Receiving the Item

  • Option 1: Self-Arranged Return

    • You may ship the item back to us at your own expense + transaction fees.

  • Option 2: Uplus-Arranged Return

    • Please contact support@uplusbattery.com for assistance. We will help you create a return label and process your refund after receiving your returned items.  And you will be responsible for 50% of the return shipping cost + transaction fees.

    • Note: For battery products, using our logistics service is often more cost-effective than self-arranged shipping.

Once the returned item arrives at the Uplus warehouse, we will process your refund within 14 business days and send a confirmation to your registered email address. All refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. For Quality Issues.

UPLUS will give you a full refund or one-time free replacement after you receive the goods. and Uplus will cover the shipping costs accordingly.

5. Receiving a Lost/Damaged Product

If a product is undelivered or missing, please contact us immediately.
If you have received a damaged product, or if you have received an incorrect or incomplete product, please contact us immediately and provide video and/or pictures as proof.

Important Notes:

  • Battery Size Verification: Before shipment, please double-check your battery dimensions. If a return is requested due to incorrect sizing, you will still be responsible for 50% of the logistics fee + transaction fees.
